Automatic Data Processing (ADP) services have been defined very broadly by GSA. While GSA Contract Vehicles are not new, the Federal Supply Service Information Technology Schedule for services has been available for only a few years. This schedule may be considered GSA’s response to the many Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Time and Material (T&M) contracts so prevalent and available to government agencies and activities. The schedule offers an alternative to many of these contracts with the benefits of a low Industrial Funding Fee built into the rates and less third-party involvement in the process.
